“Thyme for a Fig” cocktail at Angele Restaurant & Bar is a super refreshing summer cocktail. Gin, Thyme and our sassy new FigCello. Easy to make and easy to drink.
A fantastic Brunch or anytime cocktail. Muddled fresh mint, oregano and Limoncello di Sonoma. Strained and topped with Prosecco.
Served at Micheal Chiarello’s Bottega Restaurant in Napa

Ingredients:
1oz Limoncello di Sonoma
2oz Tequila
3 Strawberries
2 Basil leaves
Squeeze of fresh lemon
½ oz Simple syrup
2oz Club Soda
Directions:
Muddle Strawberries and basil. Add remaining ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.

Ingredients:
4 pieces lemon cucmber (½ inch)
1oz Limoncello di Sonoma
1.5oz light rum
3 lemon basil leaves
.5 oz agave nectar
Directions:
Muddle cucumbers and basil leaves, add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Dump ingredients into a shaker and shake lightly, dumping all of the contents back into the glass. Slap the remaining two sprigs of thyme and garnish.

2oz Jimador Blanco Tequila
1oz BelloCello Ornage & Damiana infused liqueur
Squeeze of fresh lime
A bit of agave
Splash of ginger ale
Shaken and strained, served up
A float of Blood orange aqua fresco
Garnished with a orange zest salt rim
