Lemon Meringue Pie: The Carneros Bistro (The Lodge at Sonoma)
Mixologist: Tony Tealdi,
- 2 parts Absolute Vanilla Vodka
- 1 part Limoncello di Sonoma
- Squeeze for fresh lemon
- Splash of simple syrup
Shake all ingredients and serve up.
Served with a house-made meringue cookie with black olive and lemon zest

- 1 part Limoncello di Sonoma
- 1/3 part Foretti Biscotti Liqueur
- Squeeze for fresh lemon
Shake all ingredients and serve up.
Served with a house-made black olive biscotti
